Alberta Golf (Calgary) – Alberta Golf is once again pleased to be partnering with Shaw and the Shaw Charity Classic to invite a limited number of families to experience golf in a unique, welcoming and friendly way. If you have a friend, family member or neighbour who has asked you how to introduce newcomers to the game, this is an opportunity you will not want to pass up. Please take the time to pass this along today as space is limited at both sites.

What: Introducing kids and newcomers to golf by inviting them to learn and play on a hole of their choice, alongside their siblings, parents, grandparents and friends.

How: Every two hours, groups (up to 6 people) can rent one hole on the course.

No pressure from groups behind!

Respecting the time commitment that families can make.

Discovering the spirit of the game in a safe and welcoming

environment. Sharing the traditional golf club experience with the public.

Other: While beginners can re-play the hole 3 or 4 times, experienced players can practice, work on certain shots and play certain games. Ambassadors from the course will interact with guests and ensure a safe environment exists. Club professionals will offer tips.

Cost: For $20 per group (up to 6 people) you can rent a hole for 90 minutes.

Come to the information booth, socialize and enjoy FREE all day entertainment. There is also a BBQ lunch available.
