Alberta Golf (Calgary) – The 91st playing of the Calgary Ladies Golf Association’s flagship event, the Calgary City Ladies Amateur Championship was held today at Carnmoney Golf and Country Club. Katy Rutherford fended off a late charge from 3-time Alberta Junior Champion Annabelle Ackroyd to win the title by 4 strokes.

Katy Rutherford – 4 stroke victory

Katy Rutherford used a first round 68 and finished with a 33 on the back nine in the final round to earn the title. Annabelle Ackroyd shot 68 in the final round, both of those 68’s set the female tournament scoring record at Carnmoney.
