Alberta Golf (High River) – Sunny conditions for the first round of the 2024 Alberta Men’s Senior Championship from Highwood Golf in High River south of Calgary. 2016 champion David Schultz from Country Hills Golf Club who also won last year’s Alberta Super Senior Championship is the leader after an opening round of 3-under 68 with 6 birdies and 3 bogeys. 

4 golfers sit 2 shots back at 1-under par, 12 golfers are even par or better with defending champion James Varnam 5 shots off the pace.
