Celina Lam defends title at Alberta Women’s Senior Championship
Alberta Golf (Rocky Mountain House) – The final round of the Alberta Women’s Senior Championship started with challenging rain but finished in sunshine. Pine Hills Golf Club in Rocky Mountain House was a great venue for the championship. Defending champion Celina Lam from The Canal at Delacour started the day with a one stroke lead but 4 golfers were within 4 shots of Lam. After Lam drained a birdie putt on the 14th hole it was all but over as the defending champion was one-under for the day and 7 shots clear. Even with some bogeys coming home Lam cruised to a 4 stroke victory to defend her title.
