Alberta Golf (Beaumont) – 26-year-old Edmonton pro Wilson Bateman shot a 4-under 68 at Coloniale Golf Club this week in Beaumont Alberta to win the Alberta Open qualifier.

In all 40 players (T31 and better) qualified for the Alberta Open Championship presented by SVR Lawyers July 28-30 at Wolf Creek Golf Resort.

From the Alberta Open Qualifier held at Serenity Golf Club on June 16th, 33 players qualified (T-29 or better).

Both the Qualifier events from Serenity Golf Club and Coloniale Golf Club were duel qualifiers for the Alberta Mens Amateur Championship July 21-23 at Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club.

Players T17 or better from Coloniale event qualify for the Alberta Mens Amateur Championship.
