Alberta Golf (Rocky Mountain House) – Hot day in Rocky Mountain House for the first round of the 2024 Alberta Women’s Senior Championship at Pine Hills Golf Club. Jackie Little from Balfour Golf Course in British Columbia has the lead after round one. Despite a stumble on the final 2 holes, her even par play through the first 16 holes put her in great shape and she leads at 3-over par 76.  

Lisa Hall from Sirocco Golf Club just south of calgary is one shot behind Little after posting a 4-over 77, with 4 bogeys on the front nine and an even par 36 on the back with an impressive 9 pars. 

Defending Champion Celina Lam from the Canal at Delacour Golf Course just east of Calgary went out in 41 but had a very solid 1-over par 37 on the back nine to sit 2 shots back.
