Barrett Jarosch leads Alberta Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship at Windermere G&CC
Alberta Golf (Windermere) – Day one of the Alberta Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship started with a rough forecast but the day settled in and ended in sunshine. Barrett Jarosch is one of 4 members of the Windermere Golf and Country Club competing on his home track this week in South West Edmonton and his experience showed. Jarosch posted 34 on the front nine with 2 birdies and only 1 bogey and birdied 3 holes on the back nine, hitting his approach long on 18 led to a 3-putt bogey but the 2-under 69 has him in the lead with 2 rounds to play.
